June 1 - September 30 On-line Registration now available
October 1 - October 31 Late registrations accepted subject to $25.00 late fee
June 1 - December 5 Registrations accepted for grades 9-12 only

Program Fees (same as 2010-11)
Grades 1-2 $75.00
Grade 3 $120.00
Grades 4-8 $125.00
Grades 9-12 $100.00
NOTE: Additional fee required for Grades 4-8 players making a MetroWest team. Click
on the Metrowest Teams tab on the left of this page in order to find out more
information regarding the travel program.

Grade 2 Saturday 8-11 a.m.
Grade 3 boys Saturday 1-5 p.m.
Grade 3 girls Saturday 1-4 p.m.
Grade 4 boys Sunday 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Grade 4 girls Saturday 2 p.m.-4 p.m.
Grade 5/6 boys Sunday 1-6 p.m.

MYBA Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY: Registration fee will be refunded in full, less a $10.00 administrative charge, if requested
in writing prior to September 30 of this current year. No requests for refunds will be accepted after
September 30 except by a vote of the Board of Directors of the MYBA.
To apply for a refund, please send a "self-addressed stamped envelope" (with name check is to be made
out to) by September 30th to:

After September 30th, an appeal for a refund may be made at an MYBA Board Meeting. Refunds due to
injury, scheduling conflicts, or parental choice once the season has begun (after Thanksgiving) are
generally not granted.
